The manufacturer of perfume and cosmetics samples has unveiled Reveal EcoPro, a new paper-only version of its range of perfume sample labels. Unlike most alternatives on the market, it is made entirely from paper, without the use of plastic and aluminum foil.
Engineered for dry perfume formulas, the EcoPro label is a key evolution in Orlandi’s Reveal collection. Its distinguishing feature is a paper barrier that protects and maintains a true rendition of the fragrance without sacrificing the sample’s recyclability.
According to Orlandi, the EcoPro technology is cost-effective, versatile in design, and serve as an effective way to reach consumers through point of sale handouts, direct mail communications, co-ship e-commerce samples, or as inserts in catalogs and magazines.
"We are thrilled to introduce the EcoPro Sampling Technology to the market," said Sven Dobler, CEO of Orlandi. "Our goal is to provide a sustainable solution for fragrance sampling that does not compromise quality, aesthetics or performance. This product is a testament to our commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship," he added.
In addition to its eco-responsible design, the Reveal EcoPro solution was created to elevate the olfactory discovery experience in line with luxury standards. The Reveal EcoPro label offers full customization, including shapes, finishes, and printing options.
Furthermore, the ingredients used in the development of this new sampling solution are “natural, biodegradable, and generally recognized as safe for cosmetic use by the FDA," Orlandi emphasized. "No polymers, plastics, or animal-derived ingredients are used," the company added.
The company is thus continuing to reduce the environmental impact of its products, to support brands in their transition towards more sustainable practices. Last year, Orlandi introduced EcoPro Paper-Wrap, a paper-based alternative for hard-good products that are flow-wrapped in traditional plastic-based packaging films.
